1)      Approving the business result in the first 06 months of 2021:

-          Total output: 9,866,385 kg

-          Revenue: VND446,220,219,910

-          Profit after tax: VND9,548,861,450.

2)      Approving the report on business result in the first 06 months of 2021 by A&C audit Co., ltd.

3)      Approving business plan for the last 06 months of 2021.

4)      Approving the 2020 dividend payment: 8%/share (VND800/share).
