On July 02, 2021, DABACO Group issued a decision to approve the capital contribution to establish Dabaco Quang Ninh Joint Stock Company to implement the project of raising piglets and pigs with high technology in Trang Luong Commune, Dong Trieu Town, Quang Ninh Province:

-          Contribution capital value (estimated): VND84,000,000,000, accounting for 84% charter capital (charter capital of VND100,000,000,000)

-          Capital contribution form: in cash

-          List of representatives of contributed capital of DABACO Group in Dabaco Quang Ninh Joint Stock Company, including:

+ Mr. Nguyen Khac Thao: VND45,000,000,000, accounting for 45% charter capital in Dabaco Quang Ninh Joint Stock Company.

+ Mr. Do Viet Quan: VND35,000,000,000, accounting for 35% charter capital in Dabaco Quang Ninh Joint Stock Company.

+ Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen: VND4,000,000,000, accounting for 4% charter capital in Dabaco Quang Ninh Joint Stock Company.
