The Board resolution dated July 01, 2021, the BOD of Cat Lai Port Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing to approve the contents:

-          Draft of the company’s charter.

-          Draft of Internal Regulation on Corporate Governance.

-          Draft of the Regulation on the BOD activities.

-          Draft of the Regulation on the Supervisory Board activities.

-          The resignation of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Vinh as member of Supervisory Board.

-          The additional election of member of Supervisory Board.

-          List of candidates for the position of member of Supervisory Board: Le Hai Nam.

2)      Approving the plan to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing:

-          Record date: July 23, 2021

-          Time for sending ballots to shareholders: expected in August 02, 2021

-          Time for receiving ballots from shareholders: expected from August 03, 2021 to 14:00, August 23, 2021

-          Summary and counting ballots: expected at 14:00, August 23, 2021

-          Location: 1B9-1B11 Street 27, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Chochiminh City.

3)      Approving the plan for 2020 dividend payment.
