-          Approving the resignation of Ms. Vo Thi Thuy as CEO.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Banh Manh Duc as Head of administrative Organization Department, the person in charge of Corporate Governance, Secretary cum the authorized information disclosure staff.

-          Mr. Nguyen Chon Cuong was appointed as the authorized information disclosure staff.
