On July 27, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.385/QD-SGDHCM to release the stock of Tai Nguyen Corporation (stock code: TNT) from the warning status as from July 29, 2021.

Reason: The after-tax profit of the parent company’s shareholders in the first six months of 2021 was 12.91 billion dongs, and the undistributed after-tax profit at 06/30/2021 was 23.90 billion dongs. This is the case of securities are released from the warning status pursuant to Point 4.1 and 4.2 – Article 22 of the Listing Regulations of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
