On July 26, 2021, Louis Capital Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the following contents:

1)      The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Phung Van Xuan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, and the appointment of Mr. Vu Anh Sinh as Legal Representative of TGG.

The BOD approved the appointment of Mr. Phung Van Xuan as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
