On July 20, 2021, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) approved the adjustment of the plan for issuing BIDV bonds to the public by underwriting method in 2021, as follows:

-          Total issue value at par value: VND1,200 bilion;

-          Issue time: in Quarter III of 2021

-          Plan for the use of capital from the public offering: to increase the issuer’s capital and carry out lending to the economy.
