1)      Approving the plan for private placement of shares to implement charter capital increase with total value of issuance of VND500 billion:

-          Stock name: Tien Bo Joint Stock Company

-          Stock code: TTB

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Issuance method: private placement

-          Number of outstanding shares: 51,509,583 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 50,000,000 shares

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND1,015,095,830,000

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2021, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-          To register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for new shares.

2)      Approving the amendment, supplement of the Company’s charter.
