The Board resolution dated July 19, 2021, the BOD of Viet Nam National Petroleum Group approved the sale of treasury shares as follows:

Number of shares registered to sell: 8,000,000 shares
Purpose: to supplement capital for business and development investment
Trading method: order matching
Time of implementation: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
