-          Number of outstanding shares: 3,382,430,590 shares

-          Number of preferred shares: 62,338,466 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 422,803,800 shares

-          Total value of issue (at par value): VND4,228,038,000,000

-          Expected charter capital after the issuance: 38,675,728,560,000.
