Purpose                                   for the payment for the last phase of 2020 dividend in cash

Dividend pay-out ratio:           15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

Payment date:                          August 30, 2021.      

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company as from August 30, 2021.
