The Board resolution dated June 30, 2021, the BOD of KIS Vietnam Securities Corporation approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the record date to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing with the following contents:

-          Approving the Resignation Letter of member of Supervisory Board – Mrs. Nguyen Thi To Mai.

-          Approving the additional election of member of Supervisory Board for the term 2018-2022.

-          Approving the record date to collect shareholders’ opinions on July 21, 2021

2)      Approving the change of address of Sai Gon transaction office:
