4)      Ex-right date: July 23, 2021            

5)      Record date: July 26, 2021              

6)      Purpose: to make the stock dividend payment for 2020.

7)      Detailed information:

-          Estimated issue volume: 110,244,161 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 100:9.1206

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 1,668 shares at the record date, he will receive: 1,668/100 * 9.1206 = 152.1316 new shares. However, after rounded down, the real number of shares he receives is 152 shares. The fractional part (0.1316 share) will be sold to SSB’s Labor Union.
