Vietnam International Securities Joint Stock Company (VISecurities) announces Board Resolution No.05 dated July 12, 2021 as follows:

1)      Approving a plan for ensuring the share issue to meet the regulations on foreign ownership limit.

2)      Approving to change the issue time in the share issue plan which was adopted in the 2021 Annual General Meeting dated April 29, 2021, as follows:

-          Information before change: Issue time: in Quarter III of 2021

-          Information after change: Issue time: in Quarter III and Quarter IV of 2021.

3)      Approving to change the escrow bank account in the share issue plan which was adopted in the 2021 Annual General Meeting dated April 29, 2021.

4)      Approving the dossier of share offering.
