According to the Board resolution dated June 02, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) approved the agreement between Techcombank and a company related to a Board member as follows:

-          Signing a service agreement on VinID points supplying by One Mount Consumer (OMC);

-          Estimated maximum agreement value: 40,000,000,000 dongs;

-          Agreement term: 01 year.
