- Number of treasury shares before trading: 2,540,260 shares

- Number of treasury shares registered for distribution: 2,540,260 shares

- Purpose: to award the existing shareholders

- Financial resource: capital surplus

- Record date: June 10, 2021

- Exercise ratio: 5.51% .
