According to the Board resolution dated June 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      The beginning price for the offering of 10,000,000 shares to the public to be VND12,000/share;

2)      Distribution principles to investors.

3)      Choosing Saigon Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company as a distribution agent for the public offering.
