According to the Board resolution dated June 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of Thanh Cong Securities Company (TCSC) approved the following contents:
- The offering price to the existing shareholders to be VND10,000/share.
- To ensure that the share issue and share offering meet the regulations on the ownership limit of foreign investors to be 100%.
- To implement the plan for share offering to the existing shareholders and the plan for stock dividend payment.
- The plan for dealing with the undistributed shares in the share offering to the existing shareholders and stock dividend payment.
- Documents of the share offering to the existing shareholders and stock dividend payment.
