HRC: Termination of cooperation agreement with Becamex IDC Corp

On June 17, 2021, the Board of Directors of Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company (HOSE: HBC) approved to terminate the principle business cooperation agreement dated March 18, 2019 between Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company and Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation (Becamex IDC Corp); and at the same time to sign a three-party agreement with Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Hochiminh Branch and Becamex IDC Corp in order to release the blockade to refund VND220 billion to Becamex IDC Corp.

-          Time for agreement termination: in June 2021.
