The Board of Directors of Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation approved to announce a record date for the 2020 dividend payment as follows:

−        Record date: July 01, 2021

−        Purpose: to make the 2020 dividend payment

−        Issue ratio: 15% (those who own 100 shares will receive 15 new shares) 

−        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
