The Board resolution dated June 15, 2021, the BOD of TNS Holdings approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the additional capital contribution in TNTech Joint Stock Company with total value of VND31,100,000,000, equivalent to 3,110,000 shares.

2)      Approving the additional capital contribution in Nhat Viet Security Service Joint Stock Company with total value of VND2,000,000,000, equivalent to 20,000 shares.

3)      Approving the additional capital contribution in TNS Property Management Investment and Property Management Joint Stock Company (TNS PM) with total value of VND22,000,000,000, equivalent to 2,200,000 shares.
