The Board resolution dated June 15, 2021, the BOD of Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the selection of RSM Vietnam Auditing and Consulting Company Limited as the auditor for the financial statements in 2021.

2)      Approving the establishment of Internal Audit Board under the Board of Directors.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang – Head of Supervisory Board as Head of Internal Audit Board of the Company from June 15, 2021.
