On June 14, 2021, the Board of Directors of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company (Gilimex) approved to contribute capital to establish a subsidiary as follows:

-          Company name: Gilimex Long Khanh Joint Stock Company;

-          Location: Street No.6, Long Khanh Industrial Park, Binh Loc Commune, Long Khanh City, Dong Nai Province;

-          Total capital contribution amount: 9,990,000,000 dongs (99.9% of charter capital of Gilimex Long Khanh Joint Stock Company).

-          Representative of Gilimex in the new company: Mr. Nguyen Viet Cuong.
