6)      Purpose: to issue shares to raise share capital from equity.

-          Estimated issue volume: 166,500,000 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 1 share will receive 1 new share)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: Because of the exercise ratio of 1:1, there will not be fractional shares.  

For example, if shareholder A owns 105 shares at the record date, he will receive 105 new shares.

-          Place of payment:
