1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung as Director cum Legal Representative of the Company from June 10, 2021.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Phu Hung as Director cum Legal Representative of the Company from June 10, 2021.
