On June 11, 2021, Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company announces the selling of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 10,000,000 shares

- Number of shares registered to sell: 10,000,000 shares

- Purpose: to restructure capital resources.

- Expected trading period: from June 22, 2021 to July 21, 2021

- Trading method: Order matching or put through.
