-          Meeting form: virtual meeting (due to the Covid-19 pandemic) via website https://onlinemeeting.ivnd.com.vn

-          Meeting location: Because shareholders attend the virtual meeting, the Company will not hold the meeting at any location. The meeting place is where the Chairman and members of the Organizing Committee of the meeting control and administer the meeting and at the head office of Saigon General Service Corporation, SAVICO Invest Building, 68 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Nguyen Thai Binh, district 1, HCMC.
