1)      Approving to implement the plan to issue shares under ESOP:

-          Stock name: Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Stock code: DIG

-          Number of outstanding shares: 350,339,233 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 15,000,000 shares

-          Selling price: VND 15,000/share

-          Total value of issue (based on par value): VND150,000,000,000

-          Total value of issue (based on the issue price): VND225,000,000,000

-          Issue ratio: 4.28%

-          Time of implementation: Quarter 2/2021 or Quarter 3/2021, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

2)      Approving the regulation of stock issuance under ESOP.

3)      Approving the list of employees to purchase shares in the stock issuance under ESOP.
