The Board resolution dated May 05, 2021, the BOD of BenTre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved to establish the Audit Committee under the Board of Directors and to appoint the following members:

1)      To appoint Mr. Nguyen Gia Bao – Independent member of BOD as Chairman of Audit Committee

2)      To appoint Mrs. Dau Thi Thuy Mai – Deputy Chairman cum member of BOD as member of Audit Committee.
