On May 05, 2021, Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the establishment of Audit Committee under the Board of Directors with the following members:

1)      Mr. Tran Quang Hien – Independent member of BOD:        Head of Audit Committee

2)      Mr. Nguyen Van Kha – Chairman of BOD:                          member of Audit Committee

3)      Mr. Dinh Quang Chien – Deputy Chairman of BOD:           member of Audit Committee.
