The Board of Directors of Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company approved the change of representative at Cam Lam Investment Limited Company from Mr. Le Anh Duc to Ms. Le Thi Mong Dao effective from May 04, 2021.

Accordingly, Ms. Le Thi Mong Dao will be a representative managing the stake of VND69 billion, accounting for 46% of Cam Lam Investment Limited Company. Mr. Dinh Kim Nhung continues to be a representative managing the stake of VND70.5 billion, accounting for 47% of Cam Lam Investment Limited Company.
