The Board resolution dated May 26, 2021, the BOD of Son Ha International Corporation approved to contribute capital for establishing the Vietnam Futures Exchange (Vietnamfutures) with the following details:

-          Company name: Vietnam Futures Exchange Joint Stock Company

-          Head office address: Floor 13rd. Capital Place Building, 29 Lieu Giai, Ngoc Khanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.

-          Charter capital: VND150,000,000,000 (SHI contributed VND45,000,000,000, accounting for 30% charter capital of Vietnam Futures Exchange Joint Stock Company).

-          To appoint Mrs. Tran Kim Dung as representative of contributed capital of SHI  in Vietnam Futures Exchange Joint Stock Company.
