The Board resolution dated May 25, 2021, the BOD of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved the policy to buy shares of Hoi An Invest Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Buying volume:     150,000,000 shares

-          Par value:              VND10,000/share

-          Total amount:        VND1,500,000,000,000

-          Stock type:            common share.

After the purchase completes, Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company will own 249,998,000 shares, accounting for 99.9992% charter capital of Hoi An Invest Joint Stock Company.
