The Board resolution dated May 25, 2021, the BOD of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company approved to transfer the whole of contributed capital in Container Minh Thanh Company Limited with the contribution capital value of VND44,976,000,000, accounting for 99.94% charter capital of Container Minh Thanh Company Limited. Accordingly, the transfer value of contributed capital is not lower than the initial investment value of Container Minh Thanh Company Limited.

After the transfer completes, Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company is no longer be the owner of contributed capital in Container Minh Thanh Company Limited.
