Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB) is completing procedures to transfer the ownership of treasury shares to the investors who registered to buy shares. MSB announces information the sale of treasury shares as follows:

-          Offering volume: 82,522,811 shares

-          Offering value (at par value): VND825,228,110,000.

-          Estimated transfer time: from May 28, 2021 to June 30, 2021.
