−        Stock type: common stock

−        Par value: VND10,000/share

−        Exercise ratio: 10%

−        Estimated record date: June 15, 2021

−        Estimated payment date: in July 2021

−        Financial resource: the undistributed profit after tax accumulated until 09/30/2020

−        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

For example, on the record date, shareholder A owns 101 shares. Shareholder A will receive: 101 x 10% = 10.1 shares. After rounded down, the real number of shares shareholder A receives will be 10 shares. The fractional part (0.1) will be cancelled.

−        Total issue value: VND444,625,210,000.

−        Number of shares after the issue: 489,087,734 shares.
