-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Total issued volume: 441,710,673 shares

-          Outstanding volume: 402,410,673 shares

-          Number of treasury shares before trading: 39,300,000 shares

-          Number of treasury shares to be distributed to existing shareholders: 36,216,961 shares

-          Total value of treasury shares to be distributed to existing shareholders at par value: VND362,169,610,000.

-          Distribution ratio: 9.00% on the outstanding volume

-          Issue date: from Quarter 2 of 2021 to Quarter 3 of 2021.
