The Board resolution dated May 21, 2021, the Board of Directors of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company approved the content of Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:

1. Approving the business result in 2020.
2. Approving the profit distribution in 2020.
3. Approving the business plan in 2021:
4. Approving the audited financial statements in 2020.
5. Approving the selection of one of the three auditing firms to audit financial statements in 2021:

-          Vietnam Auditing and Valuation Com. Ltd (AVA);

-          AASC Auditing Com. Ltd;

-          Dong A Auditing Com. Ltd;

-          Deloitte Vietnam Com. Ltd.

6. Approving the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2020 and plan for 2021.
