The Board resolution dated May 18, 2021, the BOD of Viet Nam National Petroleum Group approved the plan to pay cash dividend for 2020 as follows:

- Record date: June 24, 2021

- Exercise ratio: 12%/par value (1,200 dongs/share)

- Payment date: July 06, 2021.
