1)      Approving the resignation of Mrs. Le Thi Xuan Duc as Head of Internal Audit Board of the Company from May 17, 2021.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Do Ngoc Giang as Head of Internal Audit Board of the Company from May 17, 2021.
