The Board resolution dated May 06, 2021, the BOD of Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved to establish the Audit Committee under the Board of Directors and to appoint the following members:
1) To appoint Mr. Nguyen Khoi – Independent member of BOD as Chairman of Audit Committee
2) To appoint Mr. Nguyen Quang Khai – member of BOD as member of Audit Committee.
3) To appoint Mrs. Pham Thi Thu Trang as member of Audit Committee.
4) The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mrs. Tran Thi Van as member of Audit Committee from May 06, 2021.
