On April 03, 2021, the Board of Directors of HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company (HVH) approved the following issues:

1)      To delay the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders no later than June 30, 2021.

2)      To convince the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Record date: April 23, 2021             

-          Meeting date: May 15, 2021        

-          Meeting venue: The meeting venue will be announced in the invitation letters. 

3)      To make interim dividend payment for 2020

-          Exercise ratio: 5%/par value (dongs/share)

-          Record date: April 23, 2021             

-          Payment date: May 05, 2021

-          Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company.
