According to Board Resolution No.02 dated April 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of Dam Sen Water Park Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      The report of the Management Board on the followings:

-          Business performance in Quarter 1 of 2021;

-          Update information on Alota project;

-          Business plan for Quarter 2 of 2021.

2)      The report of the Board of Supervisors.

3)      The report on hiring an independent audit company for the internal audit service.

4)      The Board of Directors approved to continue the implementation Alota Project, LAABI Project and land leasing.
