According to Board resolutions dated April 19, 2021, the Board of Directors of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (“TICCO”) approved the change of personnel as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Vu Huy Giap as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective from May 01, 2021;

-          Appointing Mr. Tran Hoang Huan as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the term from 2017 to 2021, effective from May 01, 2021;

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Hoang Huan as CEO, effective from May 01, 2021;

-          Appointing Mr. Vu Huy Giap as CEO, effective from May 01, 2021;

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Vu Huy Giap as Deputy CEO, effective from May 01, 2021;

-          Appointing Mr. Nguyen Hoai Bac as Deputy CEO, effective from May 01, 2021;

-          Appointing Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hung as Deputy CEO, effective from May 01, 2021.
