Thien Viet Growth Fund (FUCTVGF2) announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2021 dated April 23, 2021 with the following contents:

1) Approving the fund representative activities report in 2020 and plan for 2021.

2) Approving the audited financial statements in 2020.

3) Approving the selection of Ernst & Young Vietnam Com Ltd as the auditor for the financial statements in 2021.

4) Approving the cost and remuneration of the fund representative Board in 2021: 75,000,000 dongs.

5) Approving to the 2020 dividend: 20% of VND2,000/ fund certificates.

6) Amending the articles of association.
