On April 13, 2021, South Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company (CSV) issued the decision to approve the following issues:

1)      Mr. Le Van Hung – Chairman of BOD of South Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company stopped being the representative of 25% contributed capital of Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) in South Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company (CSV).

2)      To adjust the contributed capital ratio of Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) in South Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company (CSV) of Mr. Le Hoang from 20% charter capital to 25% charter capital of CSV.

3)      To appoint Mr. Vu Minh Ngoc – Specialist of Construction Investment Board of Vietnam National Chemical Group as the representative of contributed capital of 20% of Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) in South Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company (CSV).
