On April 16, 2021, Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the selling of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury stock before trading: 40,016,056 shares

- Number of shares registered to sell: 40,016,056 shares

- Purpose: to raise the number of outstanding shares, to supplement working capital for the company’s business activities.

- Expected trading period: from April 28, 2021 to May 27, 2021

- Trading method: Order matching or put through.
