The Board resolution dated April 13, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Yasuhiro Saitoh as Chairman of BOD (based on the Board Resolution No.156/2021/EIB/NQ-HĐQT).

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Yasuhiro Saitoh as Chairman of BOD (based on the Board Resolution No.157/2021/EIB/NQ-HĐQT).
