The Board resolution dated April 12, 2021, the BOD of MaSan Group Corporation approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the Board resolution No.145 dated April 12, 2021, the BOD approved the transfer of shares of The CrownX (CrownX) Joint Stock Company (equivalent to 5% charter capital of CrownX) to The Sherpa Company Limited.

2)      Approving the Board resolution No.147 dated April 12, 2021, the BOD approved to promulgate the Regulation on the Audit Committee activities.

-          The appointment of members of Audit Committee, including:

+ Mr. Nguyen Doan Hung: Chairman of Audit Committee;

+ Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha: member of Audit Committee.
