1)      Approving the extension of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 but no later than June 30, 2021.

2)      Approving the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021:

-          Record date: May 04, 2021

-          Meeting time: Notice later

-          Meeting venue: Notice later.
